Our company offers the development and manufacture of wheels to your individual order. This can be a ready-made wheel, or we can implement your idea in a sketch, photo or drawing. Any wheel dimensions, various types of external finishing, individual engravings and accessories are available here. We can develop a line of wheels under your brand.
The CUSTOM ordering advantages are obvious. They are suitable for you if:
- you would like to get a rare-design wheel (or a set of wheels) where it cannot be purchased it for some objective reasons;
- you would like to have a replication of an existing popular design while adding your own design element, individual engraving or a decorative cover;
- you would like to make a replication of an existing popular cast wheel but in a forged design;
- you are a racer (drag racing, road racing), and you're looking for wheels of a certain weight;
- you decided to create your own branded wheel series. We are ready to be your partner in the implementation of such an idea.
- you have your own wheel design for a certain vehicle (sketch, drawing);
- you own a rare car that is difficult to buy the wheels for. In this case we will make any necessary measurements of the car so that we can design and manufacture the wheels;
- You need the non-standard wheel installation (front-axle and rear-axle wheels of a different width). We will analyze whether this can be made, and we'll help you choose the wheel size, develop and manufacture your wheels.
All you need to do for the CUSTOM order is to provide a sketch, the drawing, or the photo of a wheel. After we receive that, we will prepare a design project for you. You'll get all project details for approval.
Each manufacturing stage (from the processing to external finishing) is recorded (photos or videos as you request) so that you can monitor the full manufacturing process of your project.
In general, the maximum lead time for a CUSTOM project is 21 calendar days of the date of approval.

We offer custom development and manufacture of forged wheels for armored vehicles and prepared expedition off-road vehicles.
The main difference from CUSTOM and ART WHEELS wheels: more stringent requirements for a wheel:
- full vehicle capacity > 3,500 kg;
- static load on a wheel: 1300 kg, min.;
- we can add beadlocks and protective covers (optional);
- we can install off road tires up to 37" (optional);
- general wheel sizes: 10Jx18H2”/10Jx20H2”/10Jx22H2”;
- we use adapters to reduce a wheel offset (ET correction intervals: 20/30/40 mm)
If you have a rare vehicle or need a non-standard installation we’ll make any necessary measurements, design and manufacture the wheels.
We can manufacture your wheels to the above requirements, but they will look like standard ones. This is very important for armored and escort vehicles.
